Claim Procedure
How to notify a loss, submit documents, and follow a claim through to settlement.
Please notify United Insurance as soon as possible after a loss. Early notice helps us inspect, document, and settle claims promptly.
Notify the Company
Contact your servicing branch or the Claims Department at Head Office with the policy number, date of loss, and a brief description of what happened.
Submit documents
Provide the completed claim form together with supporting papers such as police reports, repair estimates, bills, and photographs as applicable to the class of insurance.
Assessment and settlement
Our claims team will review the papers, appoint a surveyor where required, and communicate the settlement in line with the policy terms.
